Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If PoliWriter isn't a fit, tell us within 30 days of your first subscription payment and we refund it in full — any plan, any reason, no retention call.

Monthly plans

• Cancel any time from Settings → Billing (the billing portal is one click away).
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; you keep full access until then.
• Outside the 30-day guarantee, monthly fees already charged are not refunded.

Annual plans

• Cancel any time. Outside the 30-day guarantee we refund the unused full months of your annual term, pro rata.
• Example: cancel in month 4 of 12 and we refund 8 months.

Failed or duplicate charges

Any charge made in error — a duplicate, a charge after you cancelled, a failed renewal that was still billed — is refunded in full as soon as we see it.

How to request a refund

Reply to any email from us, or write to vaibhav@poliwriter.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, DodoPayments, and typically show within 5–10 business days.
